Customized differently for the development machine of Nikos.
Upgrade python to 3.9
Upgrade selected packages to newer versions
Switch docker image to python:3.9-slim
Did security audit of image with docker scan, passes now with 'you are currently using the most secure version of the selected base image'.
Tested both locally and via a local k8s deployment using Docker Desktop for Mac.

I addressed the circular imports by delaying the import at the blueprints.
I put all such imports inside the functions.

Added secondary development deployment under the "panagiota" domain, for testing deployment in a new cluster.

Display proper message to the user, when the results of a run no longer exist...
